Although the website has quick & easy link transition and they offer a great selection of home mortgage programs, they do not provide any details about their company other than a few lines which did not provide any verifiable information as to “who” they are, if they are a subsidiary of larger financial establishment, etc. Furthermore, after over 2 hours spent trying to contact them by phone during business hours, one only gets a recorded message indicating they are unavailable. Both of their phone numbers (toll-free & direct) were called. This immediately sends a negative signal as much frustration to consumers.
