Susquehanna Mortgage Corporation, based in Owings Mills, Maryland, is now a subsidiary of Susquehanna Bank in Hagerstown, Maryland, which is an affiliate commercial banking operation of Parent Company, Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. Susquehanna Mortgage Corp. originally had a separate mortgage website (susqmortgage.com) until just recently, when their website address changed to the main website address (susquehanna.net). Consumers interested in obtaining mortgage financing, etc. will need to use (susquehanna.net) under personal banking, mortgage link. Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. was formed in 1982 and is headquartered in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. is a financial services holding company, with multi-state operations, and assets of approx. $8 billion, which includes the recent acquisition completion of Minotola National Bank that occurred on April 21, 2006.
