Citizens Bank Business Financial

In the 1970’s a group of local businessmen and community leaders formed Chino Valley Bank. In 1996, Chino Valley Bank changed its name to Citizens Business Bank in response to their change in geographic location, and the company’s change in business focus. Today, CBB has assets of over $4 Billion, and serves the Southern California community, namely Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Central Valley.

CBB’s Mission Statement is as follows: “The Mission of Citizens Business Bank is to achieve superior performance and rank in the top 10% of all financial institutions in California in return on equity and return on assets. This will be achieved by delivering the finest financial products and services through relationship banking commitments with businesses and professionals in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Central Valley areas of California. It will be supported by an unqualified commitment to our five core values of financial strength, superior people, customer focus, cost effective operation, and having fun.”

Citizens Bank Business Financial Services

CBB Financial is a full service bank. In addition to basic banking services, Citizens Business Bank offers Home Equity Loans, and Home Equity Line of Credits. Both of these loans can be helpful for homeowners who find themselves in a financial emergency. Each of these loans uses the equity a person has built in their home as collateral for a loan. The only large difference between the two is how the borrower receives payment; a Home Equity Loan gives the borrower a lump sum of cash, and a Home Equity Line of Credit gives a borrower a designated amount of money that he/she can draw on when necessary. A Home Equity Loan usually comes with a fixed interest rate, and a Home Equity Line of Credit comes with an adjustable interest rate.

Citizens Bank Business Financial Loan Options

Commercial and industrial loans account for 40% of CBB Financial’s portfolio. They also offer agribusiness, consumer and real estate loans. When they acquired Subsidiary Golden West Enterprises in 2003, they began offering automobile and equipment leases as well.

CBB Financial is proud to act in accordance with the Fair Housing Act of 1968. They do not discriminate against borrowers based on color, race, national origin, religion, age, sex, familial status, or disability.
