Mortgage Loans offered by Argent Mortgage
Feature Argent Mortgage loans are the Argent 100% and the Argent 80/20 Combo Advantage. The Argent 100% Advantage program allows applicants to borrow up to 100% of the value of your home. The Argent 80/20 Combo Advantage is a program allows borrowers to borrow up to 100% of the price of a new home. The 80% is the first mortgage, and the 20% is the second mortgage.
Argent also offers an Interest Only Loan with an initial term of five years. During the first five years of this loan, the borrower only pays interest for the first five years of the loan. This makes their initial payments much lower than a Fixed Rate Mortgage payment. After the initial term, the borrower may pay either a Fixed Rate Mortgage or Adjustable Rate Mortgage. The amortization period is thirty years.
Another special loan Argent offers is their 40/30 Fully Amortized Option. The 40/30 option allows qualified applicants to lower their monthly principal and interest payment during the first ten years of the mortgage.
