O’Shea obviously enjoys his job, and isn’t too modest to show it. If I were in the market for a home I would feel a lot more at ease with a company that puts it all out there like this company does. I would also feel better knowing that I could contact the President of the company at any time via phone, email or fax. O’Shea even gives a little message of encouragement at the bottom of the page saying that customer service is their top priority, and to email him or give him a call should you need any assistance.

The web site also provides information about its agents, including contact information. They even have a library of over 150 articles that will help you understand the mortgage process.
