With the exception of New Jersey, all of Absolute Mortgage Company's loan programs have no application fee. The customer may also lock in his rate with no fee. Within 60 days of settlement of the loan, borrowers may utilize the one time free rate float down option to lower their locked-in rate (up until 10 business days before settlement). This does not apply to piggyback loans. The total fees for an Absolute Mortgage Company loan are only $399.00 (plus credit and appraisal).

Absolute Mortgage Company offers online applications in both PDF and MS Word forms which may be downloaded, filled out and e-mailed or faxed to Absolute. Potential borrowers may also fill out a brief application, submit it, and a loan professional will contact them.
