Aames Mortgage

Aames Financial Corporation and Aames Investment Corporation reorganized on Novemeber 9, 2004.  As a result of this reorganization, Aames Financial became a whooly owned subsidiary of Aames Investment.  Aames Financial, also known as Aames Mortgage, has a history of focusing on subprime residential mortgage loans.

Aames Mortgage has been in business since 1954.  Their motto is, “We like going the extra mile to make things easier for you.”  With that philosophy in mind, Aaames Mortgage is proud to announce to potential clients that they often give loans to people who have been denied by other lenders.  They say they like to help people send their children to college by giving them a home equity loan, and they want to help their clients live better financial lives.

Aames Mortgage Loan Options

Aames Mortgage offers the traditional  home purchase mortgages including a Fixed Rate Mortgage at terms of ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, and thirty years, and an Adjustable Rate Mortgage with terms of three, five, seven, and ten years.  They also offer various refinance programs for those who want to take advantage of new interest rates.  They have several debt consolidation programs to minimize your interest  payments if you have numerous debts, and home improvement loans to help you tackle projects that will increase the value of your home.

Aames Mortgage takes applications over the internet and over the telephone.  They offer their potential clients a No Risk, No Obligation Gaurantee.  This guarantee ensures that potential clients will never be charged for a loan quote, and are under no obligation to accept the loan they are offered.
