• Conventional Mortgages (Fixed Rate Mortgage) - These loans are offered to customers in 15 or 30 year terms. These are perfect for those who are planning on living in the home for an extended period of time. For those who are going into retirement, having a conventional mortgage will fit into you budget.

• VA/FHA Mortgages - They offer low down payments which make owning a home easier for those who are serving in the military or those on a fixed or low income. They will try to find a loan that you can safely pay back even if you are on a limited income budget 30 year loans available.

• Jumbo Mortgages – These loans are for those who wish to purchase a home that exceeds $417,000. Jumbo loans are available in 30 year terms.
